Eclypsium is seeking an experienced product leader with deep knowledge of the enterprise infrastructure, endpoint or vulnerability management security space to direct and oversee all aspects of the product life cycle. The Senior Director of Product is responsible for understanding market demands, technology trends, and assisting in the overall direction and strategic initiatives for Eclypsium’s products and features. This role will report directly to the CTO and will be responsible for facilitating the rapid development and implementation of new products and enhancements in a fast paced start-up environment. The successful candidate identifies the customer need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like, and rallies the product and development teams to turn that vision into a reality to maximize Eclypsium’s long term success. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive all aspects of product development and roadmap from planning through execution to drive business success.

  • Develop and lead a strong team of product managers to execute on Eclypsium’s product roadmap.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape, utilizing data to drive initiatives.

  • Establish strong, strategic relationships with cross-functional teams including but not limited to, Research, Engineering, Security, Marketing, and Sales.

  • Collaborate regularly with Eclypsium’s technical leadership on product vision and new product features.

  • Create a culture of continuous innovation, collaboration, and learning around Eclypsium products. 

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven success in leading product launches from end-to-end using Agile methodology.

  • At least 10 years of experience creating Cybersecurity SAAS products and 3 years leading a product management team.

  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial, growth oriented attitude.

  • Customer-centric and data driven product planning experience.

  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage complex technical projects.

  • Experience collaborating with enterprise teams at fast-paced startups.

  • Experience hiring and leading a team.
